Breeders Clubs Not Registering Horses

Soo whilst registering horses for various breeders clubs... I am noticing some that should be in a breeders club are just being registered now AND some arent being registered at all!
Can someone help?
Here are some examples. I have had these horses since foals. And every week I am in the breeder clubs registering foals.
Hasnt been listed for White M.

Horses are only allowed into a maximum of 4 breeders clubs. If you want to put Lightening Song into the white M club, you will have to remove her from one of the others.

I register my horses in clubs in a really weird order so that they go in the clubs for rarer genes first!

As for Big Sam, did you GMT him recently? When you GMT a horse it de-registers them from color/pattern clubs and you have to re-register them.

Gene Guide Update!
