And era has nothing to do with anything except for the Era leader boards. It doesn't automatically indicate quality or desirability and doesn't effect anything else about the foals produced. Breeding horses of different eras isnt worried about, only uneven generations. The foals from horses of different eras will always be given the oldest Era in their pedigree.
