Does KP increase White Factor or Kit mutation load?

Does KP add to a horse's Kit mutation load or increase its White Factor? In the Kit mutation load post, Ammit said that she didn't have an answer to that at the time when someone asked about it. I was just wondering if any additional information has been given about KP and mutation load since then.
