Rank 3: Perfect Foundations

All horses will have 100% training ability, 100% breeding ability, and perfect consistency. They will be great at showing and producing foals.

If anyone misses out on a share, I'll be creating horses to sell. They won't have testing done (don't think the PF really need it lol) but will be available at create price in because of that :)
