My goal here is to breed good quality horses and donate them to the new players who need good young horses that they can breed without having to alternate them :D that's what I want to do here. I want to give back to all the people who have been helping me out. Maybe I'll even start an RS for an exquisite all around horse. If I can start reaching my goal I'm willing to get the membership

If you start with 2nd gen mares red is the "appropriate" paper level. Sadly I don't have many blue mares, that are 2nd or 3rd gen, or I'd offer you some of those.
However I do like you're idea and if you need any help with it in anyway let me know and I'll do what I can.----

I can go through some of my 2nd gen mares. Anyone who is not the color I'm looking for who meets your requirements I'll message them to you.

Read through some more. None of my second gen are blue they are all red. I only keep 3rd gen blue but I don't have enough of those to sell them and their my in house only lines. If you want 2nd gen reds let me know and I'll go through them.

Sounds like Perfect Foundation mares to me - they never get altered.
Always Yellow, 9.9 consistent.
If you're looking for 10+ it needs to be 2nd gen (or above) which are usually red. If you asking for blue or star papered babies and don't mind what gen they are then breeding them will result in uneven horses for newbies.
I applaud what you are trying to do but PFs are already there.

Gene Guide Update!
