Outdated papering on older mares

Mares who were papered before the recent updates to testing, still have their old papers, and there is no way to re-test. I noticed this because of regular create foundations with red papers (who should be yellow) like this one: http://hj2.huntandjump.com/horse.php?horseid=556859
Breeding high quality Sheldasen horses. Liver chestnut, DP mushroom, and rose gray riding horses. Dun cobs with all the patterns. Watercolor, Wrong Warp and ice on mixed body types.

Doesn't that mean though that some mares have papers that aren't correct to their breeding ability? I also have several foundation mares with red papers that aren't Exceptionals (on HJ1 mostly mind you) and from what I understand, they should in fact be yellows. Or are they actually reds?

I have several young mares with this situation actually - like this one:
ES Aphrodite 1
She probably wasn't papered until after the papering update because I don't think she was eligible for papering until then, but she's a Red papered non-expro/experf and she's only 5 years old.
(again, on HJ1 because none of my HJ2 mares are papered lol)
I'm fine if we aren't able to repaper them because I treat them like any other normal create mare, but I'm just curious why they papered red when they were done after the mare papering update.

Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs. Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
