    Ok so I was wondering, can you sell straws from a Macchiato horse? I know it's a LE gene and can't stand for public stud, but I wanted to do a forum auction for my boys straws. The forum post says this:

    Macchiato is a closed gene. Those who purchase it will be added to a private buddy chat. It can not be shared with those who do not purchase a foundation. It will be blocked from auctions, public sales boards etc and will only be available to stand and sell via buddy chat rooms.

    So I just wanted to double check, since nothing about straws was said.

    You can only sell straws to people who already own the gene too. It's against the game rules for anyone to buy into a closed book gene in any way other than buying it from Ammit (or having it gifted to them by someone else buying it from Ammit for them). If you wanted to sell straws you would be best served doing so in the Machiato chat room.

    I think you can sell them to those who have the gene but not those who do not have it.

    The sentence you're really looking for is "It can not be shared with those who do not purchase a foundation."

    You can only sell straws to other people who have foundations with the gene. If they don't own it, you can't sell it to them.

    I knew about the "can't sell to people who don't own the gene" restriction, just wanted to make sure that I could sell straws to those who do own it. Thank you for answering my question ^^

Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs.

Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
