When I post show horses (spayed/gelded) I include their PT, current point total, imcomsistant or constistant, and if I believe they will be a good show horse. The more total points a horse has the more they are worth. A brand new gelding (such as a new create of foal that didn't pass) will be less valuable compared to a seasoned show horse that has 400 points or more. If I have a new geldingni will sell him for 2600 versus a seasoned horse that I would typically sell for 4000.

For breeding stock I will include the horses paper score, PT score, AFPT (average foal PT,) generation, even or uneven and anything you think is interesting about them. Certain genes (sooty, pearl, DP, pangere, leopard, fewspot, anything that may be interesting to the prospective breeder) if I have a stallion that is uneven but still throws great show ponies I will list him as such.
Basically, put the basic go-to information and then anything that draws you to keep/continue to breed that horse.

Just to keep the rambling rolling here are how I would "advertise" these horses

for sale, seasoned show gelding

Heaven is a very well seasoned 11 year old show pony, he has enough years left to continue contributing to anyones show bonus. He currently holds 700+ points, his PT is 10.2, he has leveled off but still has enough room to keep the points coming in. Not only that he also has some very cute and unique markings!

4th generation evenly bred A papered stallion by Cheers (I typically try to include the original breeder if possible) for 100 hbs.
Ouro is a very flashy and well need boy. He has a PT of 10.5. He can be used to expand your breeding stock or to create some lovely show ponies.
Genes of interest include: pearl, pangere, sooty (sty and +), Sabino 2 and silver
