PT Scores on Foundations

I was browsing and I found 4 Foundation stallions with B papering and 10.4 PT scores. How is this possible? I though foundations only went up to C & 9.9?

They are exceptional. There have only been released exceptionals on HJ2 one time. They where Bring Back The Sun horses.ID 108

They were all black brindle, at least, the ones I found.

Yes, and if you looked at their tattoos, they had one that said Bring Back The Sun. The same one that has been given out today, except they where only exceptionals that one time.ID 108

Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs. Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
