I was just curious, why is it that for some genes they're capitalized if the horse is carrying it, and for others they're lower case if the horse is carrying it?

Every horse has every gene. In basic Mendelian genetics dominate alleles (versions) of those genes are marked in a capitol letter and recessive versions are marked with lower case letters. BTW I came to this game because I always wanted to learn about horse genetics but didn't want to sit down with a textbook and figure it out. Seemed like this would be a fun way to learn. A year later, as I'm reading questions on the Equine Color Genetics group I'm in on Facebook, I realize this game has taught me a HUGE amount, while having a ball in the process. So, thanks for that, mission accomplished!

Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs. Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
