How do you paper horses?

I've done the testing on all my horses but can't figure out how to paper them. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello!
Papering is available to either basic or premium upgrade accounts. The option to do a breeding inspection will show among the other tests after an upgrade is purchased and added to the account!

Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs. Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
