It's showing you have the upgrade when I go to your page

I had to buy the upgrade again I thought it was just a one time purchase

I didn't read that part but since I've joined it this is the first time re purchasing it since the day I joined 2 months ago that's why I was confused

If you don't have your paypal account automatically pay each month, you will have to manually purchase the membership each month.

Even without the premium membership, you should have access to the breeding advice, performance inspection, and genetic testing. As Ammit mentioned, if something isn't functioning properly as your first line of action should be to log out and log back in. If that doesn't work, try clearing your cookies/history then restart your computer. Sometimes, I even wait until after rollover because a lot of glitches seem to smooth out after rollover. After all of those, I would then come to the forum as you did.
