Mare papering?

How much is it to get a mare papered?
Also, Could someone help me get a horse papered?Showing, breeding and selling small light horses -
Here's the description from the mare papering page: Each test costs $2,500 hb's. It is firmly against the rules to use your upgrade to paper other people's horses. Your upgrade will be removed and you will not be refunded if you abuse this system. Do not for any reason paper horses for other members. Mares can be tested as often as you want. Her score can go up or down as she produces new foals. A mare must have three foals to be tested.

Also a mare must have at least 3 foals to be tested.
When I first upgraded I totally brain farted and thought that meant you had to wait until the mare was 6+ years old to test until someone mentioned that they just collected eggs to have three foals when the mare turned breeding age.ID# 2353 -

Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs. Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
