Go to Stable Management on the left menu. Select Tattoo Registry. You should see a box with Tattoo Slot 1 in it. Click on Edit Tattoo Image. In the 'drawing' box you just draw, pixel by pixel, the image you want for your tattoo. When you finish, click Save, and in the other box enter what you want to call the tattoo (it is fairly limited in length, so keep it short).

When you are ready to put it on a horse you do so from the horses individual page, under the Control Panel tab, scroll down to where it says Tattoo Manager in the center of the page.
