With one token you can change the white to one of the following:

Plain kit (kit)
Roan (kitr)
White 20 (kitw20)

You go to the gene modification page and then select the horse you want to modify. Then it brings up a different screen that lists each gene. Each gene will have two white buttons in its category showing the alleles that your horse currently has for that gene. You will want to go down to the kit category, and it should have a button showing kitw (for white) and a button for kitr (roan). You will click on the kitw button, because you choose the one you want to change. Then it should give you another page where you select what allele you want to change the white to. That's when you select the roan, kit plain, or white 20.
