    What do you mean by the "normal horse lottery"

    If you mean if you just create in the "random" part of the "create a horse" I'm not sure. But it might be possible. But if you mean in certain people's herd helpers and if you reroll a bunch of times, yes you can sometimes get lucky.

    Yes, I think technically all of the recurring Rank Specials can show up in the daily herd helper as a super rare option. Off the top of my head, Diamond Age would be the only exception as that one was one time only, but there may be other exceptions to the rule. In theory it might come up without rerolling...but you'd have to be super super lucky!
