Decisions for my TAoLMP

So, I want to hear your guys input!

I made a draft mare, and am struggling on what line to put her into. I have two major lines, a liver line and a fantasy line.

Liver is self explanatory. I'll have to add sooty to my girl, but that wouldn't be too hard. The line already has some appy and a few 2nd gen snowflake girls, but it also has w3 which I like for the psudo snowflake look it can give.

My fantasy line has SpM, WW, and Axiom blue. There's no snowflake in it that I know of, I don't dabble in the gene much. With her hom dun she could be bred to my WW boy or to fantasy straws that I gather, and most likely wouldn't need any gmts, but I may fiddle about (should've made her younger! lol).

So my question for you guys is, what do you prefer to see? Snowflake on liver? Or Snowflake with fantasy genes, specifically axiom.

I was madly in love with my first horse. She had recently been moved from a farm one hour away to a stable that took less than a ten minute drive, and was conicidentally on the way home from school. The barn is a wonderful place to grow up. Lizzie and I spent many wonderful afternoons together, and nearly every weekend.

It’s only wishful thinking here. But this game is so lifelike with its breeding and genetics.

So I’d love if we could just have 1 tattoo where it could be permanent. Like a breeders brand that even when the horse is sold it can’t be removed, just like a real brand.

I doubt it would ever happen because I’m sure it’s been brought up in the past but a girl can wish hey :))

Is anyone else ridiculously excited for tomorrow? I know I am - I can't wait to see what sales might be available, what new genes might roll out, and what kind of surprises Ammit might have in store for June. The image update has already been awesome. I resfreshed my foundation stallions and was stoked to see the variety in eye color. Now I need to do all my horses!

How do you sort on mobile?

Well I've basically been inactive for nearly a year now. I'm making maybe 8k for my daily bonus and own 1,075 horses which is just to many.
I'm only on my phone and am having such a hard time selling off unwanted horses. I cant even remember what I actually have.
Its so hard to sort them. I feel bad for letting them rot but when I actually look at them I feel bad for selling them :-<
I want to start over but I put years of work into my lines- even though they are wasting now.
Anyone have a trick for sorting ans selling on a little screen? The method I've used in the past is just click through and sell everything I don't imediately have an attachment too. Not sure if that is a good method though

It's ridiculous but one of the reasons I stopped playing was because the show button was moved. Silly how something so small can change someones entire experience

He is a Palomino and not a Champagne. Lol I had to check twice with them eyes.

Mobile issue with menu tab?

Has anyone else had issues on mobile with the striped menu tab on the home page? I can access forums and my main page due to bookmarks, but currently not my stables or anything since I can’t open the menu tab to go to the “my barns” page. Has anyone else had this problem? Did anyone manage to find a way to fix it? Thanks!

I've been contemplating starting a stables there in addition to this one. What are the differences between the servers? Any specific pros or cons to having one over the other or both? I havent made up my mind yet but was just wondering out loud.

For those with premium upgrades and the ability to auto show - how do you schedule your barns? I was trying to reduce my personal server load (about 5500 show horses) by staggering them as much as I could, but does it matter? I have a definite preference for clearing the show flags as quickly as possible.
Yes, I'm a button pusher. It's why I don't bootstrap - I can't stand NOT clicking all those buttons. Even good old Perfect Foundations get fully tested because I abhor blank spaces in the lineup (and of course those testing buttons *laughing* at me on the control panel).

To Boost or Not to Boost?

So I have this mare:

She earned the award for highest PT in the Appy Breeder's Club last season, and as you can see, she has a pretty nice PT score. When she turns 4, I plan on breeding her to this colt of mine, who is 5% boosted:

I feel like they'll produce fancy babies even without her being boosted, but I can't help daydreaming about how insanely high the foal PT scores would be is she was boosted too ;)
Of course, boosts are expensive whether you use game cash or real cash, so it is a big decision. I guess I have a month to figure it out... What do you guys think?

I'd put them up in breeding, but they technically aren't quite old enough to breed.
All of my boys are even bred, and will be excellent producers! I've really been improving my sooty line, and these boys should spice up yours!
*I don't have an upgrade so I can't paper them all*

Falmin Hotts is quite literally an orange :)) He's got some S+ dapples, and he's aa. You can't see it, but he's also heterozygous KP and heterozygous DP (his sire was homozygous DP and KP)! He's an even bred Gen 2 with evidence of being a really great Sabiano Producer :x

KP on Watercolor?

I've got a foal that's got me scratching my head...

Right around the middle of his neck and on his ribs there are lighter patches. I've seen similar looking patches on Watercolor with champagne and pearl, but this boy has neither of those two genes. Nothing else he has would really make these lighter areas .... except SplashM maybe, but it doesn't look right for that either.

Both parents are Rhythm of Fours. My best guess is KP? I can't select for KP in horse search, so I don't really have any good comparisons.

What do you guys think?

Sparkling Ciders have always been one of my best foundation stallions. I was lucky enough to buy a het dp sooty bay one at auction when I first started the game. Cider House produced big and beautiful babies, but the W2 was kind of annoying.

So when the next SS herd helper came along, I GMT'd him to replace the W2 with W3 and added dp and nd1. The results are again really nifty. Strongbow (my favorite cider brand) is throwing foals like this:

Staggered pasture breeding?

Hey all,

I have a bit of a conundrum, and am wondering if anyone else has done staggered pasture breeding?

I have a 10-mare pasture for my ExPerf mares, and have about 18 in my pastures (10 in the ExPerf pasture, 8 ExPerf mares in my primary pasture alongside 30+ non ExPerf mares). My idea was to place an ExPerf stallion in the ExPerf pasture, and not place a stallion in the primary pasture, so that when I hit “breed all pastures” it only breeds the ExPerf pasture, then I can shuttle the mares through from the primary pasture into the ExPerf pasture and breed to that stallion. Ultimately, I don’t want to lose the pasture bonus I have on them, but also don’t have cash to buy another pasture for a hot minute.

Has anyone done this for their pastures? How did it work? How did your BOP email(s?) go? Any info would be so helpful! Thank you!

Hi y'all!

I realised that I may need to step back for a while as my RL is a bit insane. I've downgraded my account and I'm letting my premium upgrade run out. I'm not sure if you all would rather jump over to Frustration Stables owned by @deardiamond which is similar or if there is anyone who wants to create a new one?

It's quite active with a lot of people using it as a space to sell horses when they don't have their own buddy available, so I don't want to shut it down without notifying others first.
